Carolyn has been dancing since the age of five and trained in Classical Ballet, Tap, Lyrical and Jazz and holds a Degree in Creative Arts from the University of Newcastle.
Carolyn has also taught dance and performance at The University of Newcastle, was Head of Dance and Performance at TAFE NSW and has worked at various other independent drama schools.

Carolyn has worked with Options Disability Support since the inception of their Drama Program and has seen it develop into Options Theatre Company.
Carolyn has been privileged to witness first-hand the creative development of many members of the troupe and has seen some go on to work professionally in the performing arts and creative industries.
